The fact is that the built-in antivirus in the form of a standard tool called Windows Defender sometimes behaves, to put it mildly, completely inadequately, considering that some official programs pose a threat to the system.
But this is not the only thing. In Windows 10, the installation of programs can fail due to the fact that the so-called "super administrator" or the TrustedInstaller system applet, which appeared in the "seven", has much more rights than previously provided. Who did not notice that even when the installer was launched on behalf of the administrator, the screen first fades a little, and then a request for trust in the application appears? Annoying, isn't it?
The first rules when installing applications
Unfortunately, the installation and removal of programs in Windows 10 are based solely on the principles of system security, and not on the fact that you need to remove all components of the uninstalled application from it. Built-in installers and uninstallers (as usual) do not look the best.
But the most important point is that any application should be launched exclusively on behalf of the administrator during the installation process and when the installed program is launched for maximum comfort.
