Its uniqueness also lies in the fact that it has several underground rooms, two of which are technical. The building has fourteen elevators. Among them are cargo and special for wheelchair users.
Above ground, the building has seven floors. There are halls, rehearsal rooms, office rooms, a buffet and so on. For artists, twenty make-up rooms are provided. They are designed for a different number of people: there are two, four and ten-seater.
