Rub your palms firmly against each other so that they are warm, then put your elbows on the table, close your eyes and cover them with your palms. They must be folded crosswise, and the first thing is left, and not right. Palms should not press eyes.

Exercise Four: "Draw the Numbers"

The goal is to improve microcirculation in the vessels.

Technique: if you practically do not move your head during the work, draw with your eyes the numbers from zero to three and in the opposite direction, then from four to six and then from seven to eight.

Warm-up for eyes and phytosolutions

After warming up for the eyes at home, you can make herbal solutions for the eyes. For example, fresh fern leaves or finely chopped leaves of common burdock. Apply the resulting mass to the eyes and tie the head.

If you have watery eyes, take the leaves of fennel and green celery, add egg white. Apply the resulting mass in turn to the eyes. You can also use juice from these plants.

If you have conjunctivitis or any other inflammatory process has begun, baths from a decoction of fennel and a few drops of eyebright grass will best help.

Take care of your eyes and take care of them, because they help you see the world around you!
