Cognition and creativity. Their role in the study of the world

Studying the world around us is a continuous process of acquiring knowledge, which is constantly expanding, deepening, becoming more and more perfect. This does not mean that the sensory component is completely excluded - it becomes subordinate. It uses the following techniques and methods: idealization, abstraction, deduction and synthesis. Also, its characteristic feature is reflexivity and the study of the process of obtaining knowledge. Its forms: theory, hypothesis, problem, principle and law. It is very important to understand that there is no clear boundary between the theoretical and empirical levels.

Cognition and creativity are two concepts that are inextricably linked. They represent a harmonious interaction of an object and a subject, as a result of which humanity receives substantial knowledge about the world around it. Civilized people at all times were interested in what significance creativity has in human life. There is historical evidence that people raised this issue in the ancient period. It was then that such definitions as knowledge and creativity first appeared. Philosophy appeared later and confirmed the truth that a person is constantly studying the world around him and thanks to this he is developing. As people's consciousness grew, they were more and more interested not just in the problems of being, but in the origin of the world and the role that cognition and creativity play in this process. The famous thinkers of that time made interesting attempts to define the essence of these concepts and their connection with the comprehension of the secrets of being. Dialectical materialist philosophy understood cognition not as a mirror reflection or passive contemplation, but as a process of active and creative reflection of reality. Here, a person acts as a public subject, which really affects the course of historical reality.

Currently, due to the continuous flow of the latest information and innovations in science and public relations, there is a need to be creative in solving scientific and technical problems. Cognition and creativity in this aspect are the most important factors that activate the personality and make it reveal more fully. In general, this contributes to the achievement of the ultimate goal.

If we consider such a question as the formation of numerous sciences and various types of art, it becomes clear that cognition and creativity played a major role here. Philosophy subsequently systematized human search results. She was able to generalize knowledge and made it possible to determine their relationship.

The basis of the theory of knowledge are sociology, anthropology, ethics, cultural studies, as well as hermeneutics. It would seem that with the accumulated experience of mankind over many millennia, given the historical background, in modern society should have come complete harmony. However, we actually observe a crisis of the modern personality, which is caused by the universal unification of integrative processes, and this happens on a global scale and is due to the fact that society is developing with a technogenic bias. Despite the fact that knowledge and creativity have always been a driving factor in the development of society, today we are faced with a clear crisis of creation, which was formed as a result of an increasing spiritual vacuum. To overcome this situation can a focused emphasis on the importance of spirituality for the harmonious development of man and society as a whole.
