Childhood

Anna Nikolaevna Shatilova (nee Solomatina) was born on November 26, 1938 near Moscow, in the small village of Shikhovo. This village subsequently became one of the districts of the city of Zvenigorod. My father was engaged in the manufacture of Russian musical instruments. In addition to Anna, the family included sister Maria and brother Sergey. Their childhood fell on hard war years. After the declaration of war, his father, Nikolai Solomatin, went to the front, where he soon went missing. Six decades later, relatives managed to find out that he died in 1943 in a prisoner of war camp, near the German city of Leipzig.

Mom worked as a cook in an orphanage for orphans, whose parents died. From the age of five, the girl Anya successfully recited poems from the stage, which she continued at school, adding to this amateur art classes. Study at the institute

After graduation, Anna entered the Pedagogical Institute named after Nadezhda Konstantinovna Krupskaya at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics. In Soviet times, after the third year of the institute, Anna, along with fellow students, was sent to the virgin lands in Altai Territory. Having arrived from the virgin lands, Anna saw in one of the corridors of the institute an announcement that a competition was being held for the vacancy of an announcer at the State Radio and Television. Possessing a literary gift and encyclopedic knowledge, he instilled it in his son Cyril, who was born on January 31, 1967. Kirill Shatilov successfully graduated from Moscow State University (Romano-Germanic branch), specializing in English, Danish and French. He works in foreign companies. Married, wife Alina is from Stavropol, a philologist by education, but does not work, but deals with children, her husband, and home. Anna Nikolaevna is the grandmother of two wonderful grandchildren: Vsevolod and Svetoslav, born in 2002 and 2004.
