- chicken leg;
- beef;
- sausages;
- salted cucumbers;
- shallot;

Pork ribs

The following ingredients will be required:
- rack of pork ribs;
- rice
- cloves;
- granulated sugar;
- salt;
- onion;
- star anise;
- garlic;
- cardamom;
- ginger;
- vegetable oil;
- soy sauce;
- tomato paste;
- hot pepper;
- honey;
- dry onions;
- dry garlic.
Procedure:
- Cut ribs in portions of 3-4 ribs and send them to boiling water. Add a little sugar, salt to taste, star anise, five buds of cloves, cardamom to the water.
- Wash the unpeeled garlic and onions and put in a saucepan with ribs, then add a tablespoon of rice.
- Make a sauce in which the ribs will be fried: in a suitable container, mix vegetable oil, honey, sugar, salt, dry garlic, dry onion, hot pepper, a little soy sauce (about 15 ml), a tablespoon of tomato paste.
- Lay a foil on a baking sheet, put on it boiled ribs, grease with sauce.
- Preheat the oven, put a baking sheet with ribs in it and bake until cooked.
