Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 is a new, expanded version of the aircraft of the Canadian manufacturer Bombardier Aerospace. In the world of aircraft manufacturing, the company takes an honorable third place after such concerns as Boeing and Airbus. In Russia, the products of this manufacturer are not very well known. Until recently, Canadian aircraft used only one company that provides air services in the Sakhalin Oblast. However, from official sources it is known that it is likely to conclude an agreement on the production of these aircraft in Russia.
