Planned infrastructure
In addition to residential buildings, the Sadovy district (Cheboksary) will have all the necessary infrastructure for urban residents: a kindergarten, a school, a clinic, shops and accessible transport links. A kindergarten has already been built, and all other facilities are planned to begin to be built after the completion of the construction of residential buildings. A sufficient number of consumer services enterprises are also provided. All that is designed to provide a comfortable life.
A lot of living space will be transferred to state bodies to meet municipal needs, that is, in order to implement programs to provide housing for orphans, large families and other needy categories of citizens. It was on this condition that land was allocated for the construction of such a large project.
In addition, for the convenience of future residents of the Sadovoy district (Cheboksary), the adjoining avenue was rebuilt. For this, the administration developed design and estimate documentation and carried out the necessary work.
At the beginning of this year, perestroika will also affect Khmelnitsky Street. There, construction of a school for 1,500 study places will be carried out there. Construction will be completed by 2018, and the school will accept its first students.

New bus routes stand out to enable citizens to get to and from work. It is planned to build a hypermarket to provide residents with everything they need: food, medicine and other services.
The fully built microdistrict promises to be perhaps the most significant in the city, because in terms of scale and number of living space it is many times greater than the already built ones. And according to the comfort it should not differ from the whole city. So that its residents do not feel infringed in something.
