The first, and most important, is the maximum identity of the shooting angle. It is best when both faces are photographed in full view.
The second caveat is that the size of the photos taken is the same. After all, if the donor face with which we will replace the original one is smaller in size, then when scaling, defects (pixelation) will be noticeable. Lower resolution of the original photograph is allowed (face to be replaced).

Step 1. Open the photo and cut out the desired area

Now, holding CTRL, click on the cut face layer to select it. Next, go to the menu "Selection → Modification → Compress" and enter the desired value. It depends on the size of the photo, but in this case, 5 pixels is enough.
