Elena Mikhailovskaya, the Belarusian host of Capital Television, has been working on state television for ten years, and now she has switched to work on the Russian channel LifeNews. Winner of the Federation of Trade Unions Journalism Prize.

Elena was born in 1977 in Minsk. As a teenager, she dreamed of becoming an Egyptologist, but she was not going to shine on the screen. But everything turned completely different. While studying at school I was not at all interested in television, but after failed examinations at Narkhoz, I revealed my potential at the journalism faculty. Career did not immediately go uphill, at first I had to work on the radio, work as a correspondent, collect information, do polls, edit stories.
She graduated from the Journalism Department, worked for some time at the Belarusian Encyclopedia Publishing House, from 2001 worked on the Belarusian Radio, and from 2003 became a correspondent for the STV information service and host of news programs. Since 2007, she got a job at the Belteleradiocompany, where for a couple of years she was the host of exciting programs on the First National and on the Belarus-TV channel. After a couple of years, she returned to STV, where until now she had conducted the 24-hour news program. Now she is the only leading channel on LifeNews, which is given the opportunity to voice serious news to a huge audience with bright makeup, in dresses with a neckline that allows the viewer to see beautiful shapes.

Participation in the marathon
Last year, Elena Mikhailovskaya took part in the Dream Team project, ran 5.5 km at the Minsk marathon. Let it be a short distance, but Elena is proud to have been able to do this.
The training took place even on vacation, and since the journalist has two daughters who lead a sporty lifestyle, they have to keep up with them. The Mikhailovsky family loves cycling, tennis, women's football. One way or another, everyone is connected with sports and devotes enough time, energy and strength to it.
