First of all, we need to get into the settings window. This is done very simply. You just need to click the desired character on the toolbar. It is located in the "Home" tab, in the "Paragraph" section. You can observe its exact location in the image.

To do this is quite simple - you just need to pay attention to the section in the window called "Interval". Now we will look at how to reduce the distance between Word lines at the junction of paragraphs, and after that in the paragraph itself.
As you can see, the window has two scales: “Before” and “After”. If you want the distance between paragraphs not to be at all, then put zeros in them. Otherwise, set the value you need.
