Its capabilities are much wider. With its help, you can track not only the behavior of system processes, but also clearly know which user programs are currently active.
Also, just without using the service control section, the background processes of the system itself can be turned on or off. But this is only a temporary action, since upon restart they will still be returned to the state that corresponds to the parameters set for them. Calling the dispatcher from the Run console and additional actions
Another startup technique is to use the applet start from the Run menu.
For this, the abbreviation taskmgr is used. Please note that in various modifications and assemblies of the "seven" launch point with administrator privileges may be present and absent. When starting without such elevated rights, it will be impossible to complete or manage some processes.
