He studied at the St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University at the Faculty of Computer Engineering and Automation. In 1990 he founded the group “Baltic Deputy”. She was later known as the Chimera. He died in 2008 in an accident.

Andrei Valerievich Bukharin also worked on the radio. He is a Russian music critic and presenter. This is one of the leading experts in contemporary music in Russia. He was the creator of OM magazine. Since 2004, he has been a reviewer of the Russian Rolling Stone project .
