Number of panels

Address

- Open the publication you want to print in the form of a brochure with a fold;
- go to the page layout tab;
- click the "Page Settings" button;
- in the “Layout Type” list, find and select the line “Brochure”;
- set the width to 21.59 cm and the height to 27.94 cm (i.e., parameters for A4);
- if necessary, make changes in the "Field Guides" section.
For a 4-page brochure, the following text should appear under the viewing window:
- Page Size: 21.59cm x 27.94cm
- sheet size: 43.18cm x 27.94cm
- page order: 4,1,2,3.
Next, click the "OK" button.
Print
It remains to get a “paper” version of the brochure:
- To do this, select the "Print" item on the "File" tab.
- In the window that opens, in the "Printer" list, select a device that supports printing on paper with dimensions of 27.94 by 43.18 cm.
- Go to the "Settings" section and set the following parameters:
- "Print all pages";
- “Brochure, side fold”;
- 27.94 cm x 43.18 cm or Tabloid;
- Landscape (if using Publisher 2010).
If automatic 2-sided printing is not possible, then select the option “Manual 2-sided printing” with a flip on the short edge.
