  1. It is necessary to melt a 100-gram slice of oil and cool it so that the hand is not hot.
  2. Two yolks, a couple of spoons of sour cream, a bag of vanilla sugar, eight tablespoons of granulated sugar and a spoonful of baking powder are introduced into it.
  3. After kneading, a glass with a small hill of flour is added to uniformity and mix again.
  4. In another bowl, cold squirrels with a few grains of salt are whipped to tight peaks. They are introduced into the dough very carefully, with a spatula.
  5. Any berries are washed, filtered and dried.
  6. Half of the dough is poured into the prepared form, the filling is distributed over it and filled with the rest of the mass.

  5. Once again, mix and sift in a bowl and a half glasses of flour.
  6. When the dough becomes homogeneous again, it is divided in half. Cocoa is put in one half (a full spoon, you can have a slide), and in the second - vanillin to taste. The dough is poured into the mold in turn, so that the vanilla cupcake is patterned on the cut.
  7. In the oven, the form is placed for three quarters of an hour. And after cooling it is sprinkled with powdered sugar or multi-colored baking powder.

  4. As they froth, a glass of fat cream, a spoon of any jam and the same amount of vegetable oil are poured and mixed into them.
  5. This mass is very carefully introduced into the first mixture, rhubarb is poured, and the contents of the bowl are brought to smoothness.
  6. The dough is laid out in tins no more than two-thirds of their height - it rises strongly.

Cupcakes will be baked for about twenty minutes - the duration depends on the size of the molds.

  1. In a bowl, sugar and flour are mixed (four tablespoons each) and three tablespoons of vanilla sugar.

  4. All components make their way well with a mixer, the dough is poured into ordinary cups - it is enough for 2-3 ordinary tea rooms. There is no need to lubricate them, and so does not stick.
