• Secondly, the military registration and enlistment office sends only those conscripts to study for rights who need to receive a specific military school (military specialty).
• Thirdly, in order to get a referral to study, it will be necessary to undergo a mandatory medical examination, that is, only a priori fit-for-health conscripts will be able to learn driving from a military registration and enlistment office.
• Fourthly, it will be possible to get in this way only category “C”, in rare cases - “BC”, and not the most popular “B” category.

It should also be borne in mind that the exam in the traffic police will be possible only after reaching the age of 18 years. The training will take from three to six months. Well, of course, there can be no question of “sloping away” from military service after gaining rights.

What is necessary for receiving directions from the military registration and enlistment office

1. Upon reaching the age of 16, the young man must register with the local military registration and enlistment office and receive a registration certificate.
2. A year later, that is, after the young man is 17 years old, he writes a statement addressed to the military commissar about his desire to get a referral to study at a driving school.
3. After this, it will be necessary to undergo a medical commission, because if you receive a delay for health reasons, it will be impossible to get a referral.
4. If a young man is deemed fit, he is given a direction for a driving school. The young man will most likely be trained in a subordinate school (ROSTO, DOSAAF).

It should be noted that the undoubted advantage of this method of obtaining rights is the price. On average, a conscript will have to pay about 5 thousand rubles, which is several times lower than the cost of training in "civilian" driving schools.

Minimum age for driving school

One of the most common questions: how many years can you study for law? The answer to this question can be obtained in the SDA, that is, in the rules of the road. Paragraph of Rules 21.4. states: "The student must be at least 16 years old on a car, and at least 14 years old on a motorcycle."

At the same time, you need to understand that you can pass the exam and get a driver’s license only after reaching the age of majority, that is, 18 years. In this regard, in some driving schools, citizens are accepted for study no earlier than two months before the age of eighteen.

Training Dates

As a rule, you have to study law from two and a half to three months (but not less than two months). During this time, students undergo theoretical and practical training, and also pass mandatory exams at the end of their studies.

Exams will be held in stages. First, students go through the “theory” and driving on the circuit, pass the exam at the traffic police and again return to their desk. Now they have to go to the city, that is, get practical skills in driving in real conditions. After the rollback of a certain number of hours, the student will be able to pass a driving test. In addition, examinations at the traffic police will now have to go not as part of their group, but by signing up on their own, which can significantly delay the coveted day of obtaining rights. The number of retakes is not limited, however, if a citizen is not able to “surrender” three times in a row, a monthly interval will have to be maintained until the next re-examination.

Of course, the cost of training in driving schools varies depending on several factors: the region, technical equipment, a car fleet, the availability of our own race track, teaching staff and other things. Nevertheless, on average in the country, the cost of training is 15-25 thousand rubles. This amount does not include the cost of the medical board and state fees for issuing a driver’s license. Some schools have to pay extra for teaching materials. It is also worth having a certain amount in case you need an extra roll.

According to experts, the entry into force of innovations can increase the cost of training at times. Some even talk about the amount of one hundred thousand rubles. Of course, this figure is a kind of “ceiling”, subject to training in the most modern, the best in terms of equipping the school with top-class professionals in the role of teachers. A more real increase is forecasted in the range of 20-60 thousand rubles.
