Would need:

  • a few tablespoons of honey;
  • water: 6 tbsp (50 ml);
  • soda: 3 tsp;
  • sugar: 2 tbsp. (200 g);
  • drain. oil: 6 tbsp (965 g);
  • eggs: 6 pieces, protein and 4 yolks;
  • flour: 7 tbsp. (650 g);
  • condensed milk - 4 boiled and one undigested can;
  • margarine: 400g;
  • baking powder, cocoa: 2 tsp;
  • icing sugar: 350 g;
  • gelatin: 20 g;
  • cream: 0.5 l;
  • almonds, white chocolate, toffee sweets: 200 g each;
  • milk: ΒΌ cup.

Step-by-step execution

"Winnie the Pooh" (cake) begin to make from dough and honey. Six tablespoons of honey are brought to a boil, then two glasses of sugar and six tablespoons of water, soda, a pinch of salt are added and boiled until the mass becomes saturated brown with an orange tint. After that, remove from heat, introduce butter and cool.

Then add six eggs and seven glasses of flour. The dough is covered and infused for about two hours.

The resulting dough should be divided into fifteen shares. Each piece should be rolled out between sheets of baking paper.

Cakes are baked in a heated oven for eight minutes, after which the baking paper is removed and the cakes made are stacked on top of each other.

Cream for cake

Beat 450 g of butter, add 3 cans of boiled condensed milk into it and mix thoroughly. Cakes are smeared with cooked cream and soaked for eight hours.

Cakes are baked in a heated oven. They turn out white, with slightly brown edges.

Now you need to make a cream for the pot. Melt 250 g of oil, add undigested condensed milk, vanilla, a spoonful of honey and heat, but do not boil. Remove, add gelatin, refrigerate and beat.

After this, you need to whip 0.4 liters of cream and add to the resulting mass. The cream is ready, sand cake is smeared with it. This should be done carefully, as they are very fragile.

The honey cake that has already been soaked is cut in the shape of a figure eight, thus creating a silhouette of the head and body. The scraps are ground in a blender and the ears, arms and legs are fashioned from them. The stomach does not need to be made very round, since a pot will be attached to it.

Glaze

40 g of butter is added to milk and brought to a boil. Then you need to introduce powdered sugar and toffee. Cook until dissolved. The icing is cooled and covered with a teddy bear, after which it is put in the refrigerator for solidification.

Mastic

The next product needed to cover the Winnie the Pooh cake is mastic. She is used to bears. It is prepared as follows: boil 50 ml of water, add a pinch of salt, 25 g of oil. After boiling, add another fifty grams of flour and cocoa. Remove, mix, add icing sugar. The muzzle covers the muzzle, ears, arms and legs. Marzipan is used for eye proteins and tongue.
