The jelly cake, the photo of which is presented above, turns out to be incredibly light, tasty, refreshing. It literally melts in your mouth. Tangerine slices are perfectly combined to taste with a gentle curd mass, and crispy shortcrust pastry perfectly complements this combination.
To make a tart with tangerines and jelly, you will need the following ingredients:
- egg yolk - 2 pcs.;
- butter - 100 g;
- salt - ΒΌ tsp;
- flour - 160 g;
- water - 20 ml;
- sugar - 125 g;
- corn starch - 25 g;
- cottage cheese - 300 g;
- egg - 2 pcs;
- tangerines - 4-6 pcs.;
- jelly - 1 pack
Sweet seedless tangerines are ideal for this dessert. They should be exactly as many as necessary in order to close the surface of the curd layer. - In a deep bowl, mix 25 g of sugar, 160 g of flour, salt and grated cold butter. Grind the ingredients into crumbs.

- Knead the elastic and homogeneous dough with your hands, gradually adding cold water.

- Beat cream with a fat content of at least 33% (200 ml) with sugar (150 g) until stable peaks. Add mascarpone (250 g) or other cream cheese and mix.
- Beat cottage cheese (250 g) with a blender and gently mix into the creamy mass.
- Put the filling on top of the cookie cake and send the form to the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Cut several strawberries into slices and lay on a curd surface. Top the cake with cooled jelly. To freeze, put it in the refrigerator for the night.
Simple berry jelly pie
When preparing the next dessert, you must adhere to the following procedure:
- Chop cold butter (150 g) with a knife. Combine it with flour, cottage cheese and sugar (150 g each). Knead the dough. If it turns out to be too dense, add some water or milk. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
- Pour gelatin (15 g) with water according to the instructions.
- Wash and dry 1 cup of any berries. Strawberries, raspberries, black currants are ideal. If cherries are used for the filling, then you must first remove the seeds from them.
- Combine the swollen gelatin with berries in a saucepan. On a small fire, bring the mass to a boil and immediately remove from the stove. Cool.
- Distribute the dough in the form, not forgetting to make the sides and prick it with a fork. In the oven preheated to 180 Β° C, bake the cake.
- Pour the berry mass at room temperature onto the cooled cake. Put the mold to cool for 8 hours. Pie with berries in jelly is consumed immediately from the refrigerator. Serve it with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
Apple Jelly Pie
A very delicate and light dessert is obtained according to the following recipe:
- The oven is heated to 180 Β°.
- Prepare the dough. To do this, soften the butter (100 g) with a fork with sugar (100 g). 1 egg is broken here and 100 g of sour cream is added.
- Flour (300 g) with baking powder (1 tsp) is sieved in a bowl with other ingredients. Knead the dough and immediately distribute in shape with a diameter of at least 26 cm.

- Apple juice (300 ml) is brought to a boil over medium heat. If necessary, add sugar (30 g). Gelatin is added and, not boiling, it is completely dissolved in juice.
- Once the jelly has cooled to room temperature, it is poured on top of the apples. After 6-8 hours, the jelly cake will be ready.
Shortcake with souffle, jelly and fruit
As a decoration for the next dessert, any seasonal or tropical fruit will do. Jelly cake is equally tasty with mango, peaches, oranges and kiwi. Well, itβs very simple to prepare:
- Add sugar (2 tbsp.) To soft butter (80 g). Grind the ingredients with a spoon so that they turn into a soft, creamy mass.
- Insert 1 egg and sift 1 cup flour. Knead the dough, form a kolobok out of it and put it in the refrigerator.
- After half an hour, put the dough in the form with the sides, put some kind of cargo (for example, peas or beans) on top and put in the oven for 15 minutes to bake in the oven.
- Soak a tablespoon of gelatin in water, and then warm up until completely dissolved.
- Grind the egg yolk with sugar (25 g) and vanilla. Add a tablespoon of flour to the resulting mass and pour 50 ml of milk.
- Put the egg mixture on a small fire and bring it to a homogeneous consistency. Once the cream has cooled slightly, add a piece of butter (30 g) to it.
- Beat the protein in a lush foam and gently introduce it into the yolk part of the souffle. Gradually pour dissolved liquid gelatin.
- Pour the souffle onto the cooled cake and cool it to solidification.
- Cook jelly, and when it cools to room temperature, pour fruit laid on the surface of the souffle. Chill the pie again. It is advisable to leave it in the refrigerator for the night.
