Syumar Victoria Petrovna was born and lived for a long time in the Dnipropetrovsk region in the city of Nikopol. Her parents worked at the factory, the family did not have much income. She grew up in the Vinnitsa region, and all her life dreamed of studying at a higher educational institution and getting a good education. She lived with her parents in a small two-room apartment, which they received through work at a sugar factory, where they were known as good and diligent workers.

How Victoria Syumar overcame difficulties and got an education

She was milked, various cheeses, sour cream and cottage cheese were made from milk, and the girl, waking up early in the morning, caught a minibus or a bus, went to the market to sell dairy products, because she had to earn money for training. So, despite any natural conditions, she spent days trading. Thus, the dream of a capable student came true - she was educated at the Department of History of Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv. Then she studied at the graduate school of the Institute of History of Ukraine.
