Pineapples are indicated for use in hypertension and diseases in which it is necessary to lower blood viscosity, in diseases of the heart, blood vessels and kidneys. In a word, the regular use of pineapple or pineapple juice is very useful and necessary for everyone.
Pineapple and Chicken Salad
To prepare, take half a kilogram of chicken, 1 jar of canned pineapple, 100 g of potatoes, curry and mayonnaise. Chicken and potatoes need to be boiled and peeled. Then cut pineapples, potatoes and chicken into approximately equal pieces and season with curry and mayonnaise, and also add salt to taste.
Pineapple and Corn Salad
A salad made with pineapples and corn has a very unusual sweet taste. To prepare it, take 1 leg, 1 can of corn and pineapple, 1 pc. Bulgarian pepper, 1 apple, sour cream for dressing and juice from half a lemon.

To prepare this salad, you will need about 700-800 g of pineapples (fresh), 2 pcs. onions and red bell peppers, 1 pc. yellow pepper, 1 table. a spoonful of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons. l lemon juice and vegetable oil, as well as seasonings: cloves, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground black pepper (all - about a quarter of a spoon).
The onions cut into rings should be fried in oil, add the sliced โโpepper into the pan and simmer for 5 minutes together. Remove from heat, add spices, chopped pineapple and season with sugar and lemon juice. Salad ready!
Salad with pineapple layers
This is a more nutritious salad. In order to cook it, you will need 3 pieces of boiled potatoes, 1 chicken leg, 3 eggs, 100 g of nuts (walnuts), 6 small pickled cucumbers, 100 g of cheese, 1 onion, as well as salt, mayonnaise and pepper to taste .
Boil the potatoes in a peel, peel and grate. Then boil and rub the eggs and finely chop the boiled chicken. Grate the cheese, cut the cucumbers into small cubes, chop the onion finely.
All ingredients are laid out in layers, each of which needs to be salt, grease with mayonnaise and pepper if desired. Pineapple and sausage cocktail salad

We mix all this, pour over mango juice and season with mayonnaise. Then we add the resulting mixture to pineapple and cover with a hat. In this form, and serve. Strawberries, cut into 2 parts, can also be put inside, or can be directly on plates; if under this salad you serve separate plates, it will turn out very beautifully.
