The composition of the future cake

What is needed for the basics:
- eggs, 4 eggs of the first category occupy a glass;
- sugar - 1 cup;
- butter (melt) or margarine - 1 cup (frozen piece will be about 200 grams);
- sour cream product 20% - 1 cup;
- a glass of milk powder (cream);
- flour - 1 cup;
- potato starch - also 1 glass;
- baking powder - 1 sachet.
Cake baking
Sift flour, starch and baking powder into a deep bowl. Mix dry ingredients.
Place the eggs and sugar in another deep bowl and, using the mixer at maximum speed, beat them until thick.

Cooking is convenient because you can choose the degree of saturation with sweetness yourself, adding or not adding cottage cheese. The cream is ready, has a uniform texture and tastes good.
Making a cake
Depending on the shape of your baking (round or rectangular), we need a platform on which the cake will be located. You can spread the foil around the perimeter of a flat dish or tray, which will significantly help in the future: it will be easier to wash the dishes.
