Victoria Ivanovna Ukolova - a professor at MGIMO and the head of the department of world and national history, is one of the biggest favorites among students. Besides high professionalism and attentive attitude towards her students, she is also a very witty woman, and her jokes are often quoted by students. Victoria Ivanovna was born on May 11, 1944 in the Ukrainian city of Romny. Ukolova received her education at the History Department of Moscow State University. She has been working as a teacher of history courses since 1971. Her general teaching experience began in 1961. Ukolova became a part of the teaching staff of MGIMO in 1996. For bachelors, she teaches the course "History of Russia", "Foreign Regional Studies" and "History. Management".

In addition, Victoria Ivanovna is the author of the textbooks “History. The Ancient World” for the fifth grade of a comprehensive school, “History. Middle Ages” for the sixth and “General History” for the tenth grade. Also on her journalistic account is a work on national politics in Russia, an article in the New Historical Bulletin on the formation of Russian statehood (early), and an analysis of the Differences by Isidore Sevilsky. Olga Vyacheslavovna Principalova is a senior teacher of the German language department and another favorite of students. She is a fairly young teacher, was born on May 12, 1972, received a specialty as a teacher of German and English at MSLU, where she graduated in 1994. Since 1994, she has been conducting her professional experience, but she became a teacher of this university only in 2017. Her fresh outlook on teaching and the skillful combination of a kind mentor and a wise teacher guarantees her a long and successful job at MGIMO.

Among her publications are a textbook on home reading in German “The Trail Leads to Bavaria”, articles on the principles of writing foreign language texts, the development of writing skills at different stages of language learning, computerization of education, and simplification of grammar training material.

Anna Ivanovna Kolomiets is a senior lecturer at MGIMO, an employee of the department of international and private civil law. MGIMO is not only a place of work, but also the alma-mother of Anna Ivanovna - she graduated with honors from the international law faculty of this university, after which she completed an internship in London at the rate of international commercial arbitration. She began her working experience at MGIMO in 2011, and so far is not going to leave her beloved university. Currently, Anna Ivanovna teaches students the following courses: Civil Law of the Russian Federation, International Private Law, Roman Law and Civil Procedure and Arbitration of the Russian Federation.
