Where and how to leave from Russia for permanent residence legally

The economic crisis that erupted in the world hit the countries of Eastern Europe the hardest. The rapidly declining standard of living, the unpredictability of domestic politics and the economy, low social guarantees - all this gives rise to a completely non-rosy β€œsuitcase mood” among Russian citizens. More recently, 40% of Russians surveyed claimed that they were not going to leave the country forever, but now more and more people - and mostly young people - are interested in how to leave Russia. Well, the fish, as they say, is looking for where it is deeper, and the man - where it is better. How to understand this difficult question?

It is naive to think that it is enough to get a tourist visa, and the question of how to leave Russia has already been resolved. A tourist visa, even if it is a multi-visa open for a period of 3 or 5 years, does not entitle you to a truly long stay in the country. Also, it does not give the right to employment. Of course, there is still an illegal path, but work and life "illegal" is difficult, dangerous and does not provide any social guarantees. If your fraud is revealed, you will be deported to Russia and put in your passport a ban on entry for several years. Therefore, it is necessary to approach the solution of the question of how to leave Russia forever without haste and with all responsibility, think carefully over everything, weigh everything in cold blood and only then act.

Ways to relocate to another country legally exist, but they depend on the immigration laws of the host countries. Therefore, even if you are deeply convinced that everywhere is better than at home, it is worth asking the question: where to go for permanent residence? The ranking of countries where Russians have recently moved to permanent residence or with the hope of changing citizenship is led by the United States, Israel, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Australia and Japan. But each of these countries has its own nuances in the legislation on immigration. For example, in Australia, it is easier for single women to obtain a work permit and, ultimately, citizenship than single men. The secret is simple - an excess of the male population. Again, just being a young girl is not enough to get Australian citizenship. It is also necessary to have the appropriate education and be an expert in the industry demanded by the economy of this country. The advantage is for people under 45 who have worked for a year from the last two years strictly in their specialty.

Israel ranks first in the world in terms of the number of immigrants arriving in the country. If you have Jewish roots, obtaining permanent residence, and then Israeli citizenship does not seem particularly difficult. You will be invited to an interview with the consul, who will be interested in your reasons for leaving. Do not hide your economic interest: after all, according to the law of the country, every Jew has the right to citizenship in a Jewish country. But how to leave Russia to Israel to a person who does not have Jewish roots? There can be two ways out: either to be a first-class specialist who will be invited to work, or to marry a Jew or Jewess.

The countries of Western Europe do not cease to attract our people with a high standard of living, stability and social protection of the population. In order to obtain the right to permanent residence in Germany, it is easiest to arrange a marriage with a citizen of this country. The issue of the reunification of spouses prevails over considerations of economy, and even if the resident spouse does not have sufficient funds to support the spouse (and in this case the spouse will inevitably receive social benefits), the reunification is still permissible.

How to leave Russia to the countries of Western Europe? Another way is to open your own business in one of these countries, in other words, a way of investing. But this will require a very tidy amount of money, and the system will work only when the de jure firm starts working de facto, will generate income and pay taxes. In Spain, purchased housing makes it possible to open a visa, but not permanent residence status.
