He was born into the family of the famous grandmaster Dvorkovich Vladimir and his wife Galina. From childhood, the boy showed a penchant for exact sciences and numbers. That is why his parents sent him to a physics and mathematics school. The excellent results of study were only confirmation: Arkady has obvious mathematical and analytical abilities. The next step towards a brilliant career was the prestigious University of Moscow - Moscow State University named after Mikhail Lomonosov. The first steps on the career ladder

It was under the leadership of the latter from 2000 to 2001 that Dvorkovich was on the post of adviser to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade. In April of the same year, on the instructions of Vladimir Putin, a working group was created to carry out activities to privatize state property. Arkady Dvorkovich also became its member. Since 2004 and for four years, the politician holds the post of head of the Expert Office under the President of the Russian Federation.
