How to cook?
Ideally, the meat should be soaked and marinated in spices, it can take about 5 days, but such a boiled pork will turn out simply incomparable. To use for the marinade you need a pickle with spices and roots, wine or beer, this is a personal choice for everyone. But we will focus on the express method, and the result will be no worse.
