Pineapple essence is prepared in a similar way. As the main ingredient, it is recommended to take a ripe or slightly unripe pineapple. In a container filled with 0.5 l of vodka, it is enough to put 50-70 g of pineapple. The fruit must be cut into small pieces. To do this, first you need to cook a sweet solution: pour 200 milliliters of water into 200 grams of cane glucose, heat the composition on the stove until the syrup and small bubbles become transparent.   2. Allow the composition to infuse for thirty days.
  3. Mix 2 bottles of vodka or moonshine with vanilla, pineapple and rum essence.
  4. Stir the purchased composition and pour into a large container of dark glass.
  5. Wait thirty days and mix the infusion.

The resulting drink will have a fortress of 40 degrees. Its smell and taste will not differ much from the drink that they create in factories.
