Rolled waterproofing for the foundation
Waterproofing materials for the foundation, characterized by high heat resistance and excellent flexibility at low temperatures, are used to protect the underground and side parts of the foundation, as well as to create a barrier between the supporting walls and the foundation.
These products are represented by a number of types, distinguished by their specialization. So, the material "Technoelast Barrier", made in the form of a polymer film and having high flexibility and elasticity, can be used to isolate the foundation both from the outside and from the inside. Tekhnoelast Barrier Light, the outer layer of which is made of a nonwoven fabric, not only protects against moisture, but also simplifies the laying of ceramic tiles. Such material as Tekhnoelast EPP is able to withstand any effects of a humid environment, even the most extreme, due to which it is successfully used in areas characterized by a high level of groundwater.
Roll roofing materials
Roll roofing is also represented by a number of types that differ in purpose and conditions of use. Despite the differences in Technonikol roll materials, the technical characteristics of each of them allow guaranteeing high-quality waterproofing of the roof and its durability.
One of the most common in the application of roofing roll materials is Uniflex Technonikol. The technical characteristics of this versatile and easy-to-use material can successfully be used in different climatic zones for waterproofing any roofs and modern building structures. The basis of the waterproofing fabric is polyester or fiberglass, which are impregnated with a bitumen-polymer binder. Installation of the material is carried out by deposition on the base using a gas burner.
Depending on the scope and type of coating, two types of this material are distinguished: “Uniflex K” and “Uniflex P”. The first (K) is intended for use as a surface layer of a roofing carpet and has a coarse-grained coating, which significantly extends the life of a waterproofing material, protecting it from the sun. With the help of "Uniflex P" the device of the lower layer of the carpet is made, as well as waterproofing of building structures. The canvas is coated on both sides with a polymer film.
Types of coating waterproofing
TechnoNIKOL lubricants are represented by mastics, primers, varnishes, emulsions and sealants, available in a fairly wide range. Construction bitumen is used as the basis for the production of a significant part of these products.
The company produces two categories of bituminous mastics: hot and cold mastic “Technonikol”. Technical characteristics of products determine the methods of application and the scope of use of certain types of mastics. Hot mastics are heated to 180 degrees before applying to an insulated surface, cold mastics are applied immediately.

- "TechnoNikol" No. 21 (Technomast) is a composition characterized by increased strength and water resistance due to modifying rubber additives. Completely ready for use. It is used for equipment of roofs of all types, as well as their repair, waterproofing of various building structures, processing of metal surfaces for the purpose of anticorrosion and waterproofing protection. For a waterproofing device, an average of about 3 kg of composition per square meter is consumed. meter, mastic roof - from 3.8 to 5.7.
- TechnoNIKOL No. 24 (MGTN) is a bitumen mastic completely ready to use. Contains some processing aids, mineral fillers, as well as a solvent. It is used for external waterproofing of various building structures. Consumption per square surface is an average of not more than 1 kg.
- Technonikol No. 31 and No. 33 are ready-to-use aqueous emulsion mastics that do not contain organic solvents, which allows them to be used for waterproofing indoors. Geotextiles "Technonikol": technical specifications and applications
TechnoNIKOL geotextile is a non-woven fabric made of synthetic fibers by the needling method. The fiber fibers are subjected to double-sided heat treatment, which increases its strength properties and guarantees high resistance to piercing and tearing. In addition, due to the heat treatment of the web, it is possible to weld together using hot air, and self-tapping screws are easily twisted through heat-treated fiber. The material is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, chemical influences, and can also be used in various temperature ranges. It is characterized by a long service life. Available in the form of rolls packed in a special PET film.
