  • Geotextiles "TechnoNIKOL".

Technical characteristics of all types of products of the company provide an opportunity to carry out construction work at a high level.

Types of heat-insulating materials "Technonikol"

Thermal insulation "Technonikol", the technical characteristics of which are the best among similar products from other manufacturers, includes the following categories of insulation, differing in characteristics, methods of production and use:

  1. Extruded polystyrene foam.
  2. Heat-insulating plates PIR for flat roofs made on the basis of polyisocyanurate foam.
  3. Insulating materials in the form of plates made on the basis of stone wool (basalt heaters).

Next, we consider in more detail the listed types of insulation "Technonikol", the technical characteristics of each of them and the scope of their use.

Thermal insulation boards PIR

PIR boards are an innovative type of thermal insulation Technonikol. The technical characteristics of these plates make it possible to successfully use them for warming flat roofs. Due to the closed cell structure and aluminum foil coating, the materials are characterized by high fire resistance, water resistance, durability, resistance to repeated physical loads and a very low coefficient of thermal conductivity. The heat insulator does not support combustion, which allows PIR boards to protect against fire and other layers in the system. They also serve as waterproofing material.

Extruded polystyrene foam

Extruded polystyrene foam is a universal insulation “Technonikol”, the technical characteristics of which make it possible to use it for thermal insulation of various objects and structures in both civil and industrial construction. The material is characterized by high strength and chemical resistance, it does not absorb water, does not decay, and is resistant to mold. Due to its high strength characteristics, the service life of the thermal insulation system is significantly increased. Compared with other types of similar products, this insulation has the lowest thermal conductivity. With its help, facades, foundations, floors, roofs, etc. are insulated. However, despite all the advantages of this material, it should be borne in mind that it is combustible and measures must be taken to ensure fire safety.

The range of expanded polystyrene offered by the company is presented in several types, designed for various operating conditions and allowing to find optimal solutions to problems in the field of thermal insulation.

Stone cotton wool "Technonikol": technical specifications

Slabs of stone wool, for the production of which rocks of the basalt group are used, are the most popular and common type of thermal insulation materials. They are characterized by high heat-saving ability, hydrophobicity, good sound absorption, durability, resistance to deformation, long service life. A feature of this material is that it does not burn, thereby ensuring fire safety. Basalt heaters can be used in almost all building structures, providing them with reliable heat, sound, and waterproofing.

Rocklight TechnoNicol specifications

The company produces several types of mineral wool insulation for various applications. For example, for insulation of roofs with a small slope (or flat), heaters of the TekhnoRuf brand are designed, which are characterized by the highest density. For stucco facades “TechnoFas” is used - insulation “Technonikol”, the technical characteristics of which allow plastering of walls directly on its surface. The most universal and most often used in private housing construction for insulation of floors, walls and ceilings is the lightest of basalt heaters - Rocklight Technonikol.

Technical characteristics of various types of mineral wool insulation are given in the table.

Waterproofing materials "Technonikol"

The company produces a wide range of waterproofing materials, the most common of which are:

  • rolled waterproofing for the foundation;
  • roofing roll materials;
  • waterproofing coating and sprayed.

Rolled waterproofing for the foundation

Waterproofing materials for the foundation, characterized by high heat resistance and excellent flexibility at low temperatures, are used to protect the underground and side parts of the foundation, as well as to create a barrier between the supporting walls and the foundation.

These products are represented by a number of types, distinguished by their specialization. So, the material "Technoelast Barrier", made in the form of a polymer film and having high flexibility and elasticity, can be used to isolate the foundation both from the outside and from the inside. Tekhnoelast Barrier Light, the outer layer of which is made of a nonwoven fabric, not only protects against moisture, but also simplifies the laying of ceramic tiles. Such material as Tekhnoelast EPP is able to withstand any effects of a humid environment, even the most extreme, due to which it is successfully used in areas characterized by a high level of groundwater.

Roll roofing materials

Roll roofing is also represented by a number of types that differ in purpose and conditions of use. Despite the differences in Technonikol roll materials, the technical characteristics of each of them allow guaranteeing high-quality waterproofing of the roof and its durability.

One of the most common in the application of roofing roll materials is Uniflex Technonikol. The technical characteristics of this versatile and easy-to-use material can successfully be used in different climatic zones for waterproofing any roofs and modern building structures. The basis of the waterproofing fabric is polyester or fiberglass, which are impregnated with a bitumen-polymer binder. Installation of the material is carried out by deposition on the base using a gas burner.

Depending on the scope and type of coating, two types of this material are distinguished: “Uniflex K” and “Uniflex P”. The first (K) is intended for use as a surface layer of a roofing carpet and has a coarse-grained coating, which significantly extends the life of a waterproofing material, protecting it from the sun. With the help of "Uniflex P" the device of the lower layer of the carpet is made, as well as waterproofing of building structures. The canvas is coated on both sides with a polymer film.

Types of coating waterproofing

TechnoNIKOL lubricants are represented by mastics, primers, varnishes, emulsions and sealants, available in a fairly wide range. Construction bitumen is used as the basis for the production of a significant part of these products.

The company produces two categories of bituminous mastics: hot and cold mastic “Technonikol”. Technical characteristics of products determine the methods of application and the scope of use of certain types of mastics. Hot mastics are heated to 180 degrees before applying to an insulated surface, cold mastics are applied immediately.

Depending on the purpose, mastics of various types are produced: roofing, gluing, waterproofing, universal, etc. Among the most popular, the following can be distinguished:

  • "TechnoNikol" No. 21 (Technomast) is a composition characterized by increased strength and water resistance due to modifying rubber additives. Completely ready for use. It is used for equipment of roofs of all types, as well as their repair, waterproofing of various building structures, processing of metal surfaces for the purpose of anticorrosion and waterproofing protection. For a waterproofing device, an average of about 3 kg of composition per square meter is consumed. meter, mastic roof - from 3.8 to 5.7.
  • TechnoNIKOL No. 24 (MGTN) is a bitumen mastic completely ready to use. Contains some processing aids, mineral fillers, as well as a solvent. It is used for external waterproofing of various building structures. Consumption per square surface is an average of not more than 1 kg.
  • Technonikol No. 31 and No. 33 are ready-to-use aqueous emulsion mastics that do not contain organic solvents, which allows them to be used for waterproofing indoors. In addition, they are used for the installation and repair of roofs, as well as for the purpose of waterproofing protection of various building structures. Both manual application and mechanized application are possible.

Geotextiles "Technonikol": technical specifications and applications

TechnoNIKOL geotextile is a non-woven fabric made of synthetic fibers by the needling method. The fiber fibers are subjected to double-sided heat treatment, which increases its strength properties and guarantees high resistance to piercing and tearing. In addition, due to the heat treatment of the web, it is possible to weld together using hot air, and self-tapping screws are easily twisted through heat-treated fiber. The material is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, chemical influences, and can also be used in various temperature ranges. It is characterized by a long service life. Available in the form of rolls packed in a special PET film.

It is used as a reinforcing, dividing, draining, filtering, as well as protective material. It has found wide application in the construction of industrial and civil facilities, in transport construction, in the arrangement of waste landfills, etc.
