In our climate, shoes with high shafts are indispensable. In spring and autumn, it protects us from moisture and slush, in winter - from piercing cold. Showcases of shoe stores are lined with elegant models. But what about the one whose dimensions do not fit into the parameters of fashion models?
Finding boots with full legs is often a very difficult task. Someone orders them abroad, someone searches in specialized stores, someone completely refuses such a model. Fortunately, both domestic manufacturers and importers are beginning to understand the real needs of consumers and are importing boots to their full legs. But still the choice of models is limited. Italian or French shoes (often sewn in China or Korea) are generally as if intended only for slim girls with narrow feet. Apparently, the model range and pads are made based on the ideas of designers about beauty, and the specifics of Russian legs are not taken into account at all.

But German or Finnish manufacturers make excellent boots with full legs. What is the peculiarity of such shoes? First, the heel (if any) must be stable. Most often, not higher than three to five centimeters. Studs are not only uncomfortable, but also dangerous in winter on Russian roads. Do not want fractures and dislocations? Women's boots (especially for full foot) for winter should be chosen either on the platform or on a stable small heel. Please note: in Europe, where the roads are many times better, almost no one wears stilettos in everyday life. In ancient cities, where the streets are paved with cobblestones, walking on thin heels is simply dangerous. There is a high probability that the foot will slip or the stud will get stuck between the stones. Yes, and the sight of an unhappy girl swinging in thin high heels, desperately trying to maintain balance, causes pity. What can we say about those whose complexion requires special stability.

High-quality leather or suede boots with full foot should have freedom in the boot. This is achieved, as a rule, with the help of rubber inserts, lacing or special fasteners. Most conveniently, not whole shafts, but with a zipper. Although the most reliable will be Velcro. When choosing a model, you should also consider whether you will wear trousers (leggings or leggings) tucked into boots or only over shoes. In the first case, there must necessarily be a certain freedom in the bootleg. In addition, remember that in winter we often get warm with thick woolen socks or leggings. And also that the legs, especially full ones, tend to swell periodically. That is why shoes made of artificial, poorly "breathing" materials are not recommended. But the leather boots on full legs will slightly disperse over time, that is, they will take the form of a shin. It is worth paying attention to the quality of the seams. This is especially important in the place of bonding soles and pads. Ideally, for winter and autumn, you should not choose only gluing, it is best if there is an additional strong seam. Also pay attention to the heel. If it is cast, not nailed or glued, the shoes will be much more reliable and will not require repair in the first season.
