  • kefir 1 cup;
  • egg 1 pc.;
  • sugar 3 tbsp. l .;

  • vanillin or vanilla sugar;
  • powdered sugar (tablespoons);
  • cooking oil.

Cooking

Grind sugar with egg and salt, add kefir and sunflower oil, soda and beat again (you can with a mixer). With a sieve, sift the flour and gradually pour it in, while stirring all the time.

After you knead the dough, let it stand for 20 minutes, cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place. While the dough is infused, do not waste time, make icing sugar. When the dough is infused, divide it into two equal parts and begin to roll out so that you get a thin rectangular sheet. Then cut the dough into medium rectangles, and make holes in the middle. Through these holes, twist one part of the rectangle to the other side.
