Boil all vegetables except onions and garlic until tender. Grate cooled products. Flavor potatoes with a small amount of vegetable oil so that it acquires a juiciness.

We prepare the dish: the first layer will be potatoes, then onions, eggs, carrots, parsley, beets, squeezed garlic and nuts. Coat all layers with mayonnaise. Decorate the sides with grated beets, the top with cranberries and cilantro leaves.
