How to change life for the better?

Skeptics, after reading the title of the article, may wonder: β€œWhat right does someone unknown advise on how to change life for the better?”

I think I can give some such advice because I did it. I have changed my life. For the best.

After a long and difficult divorce, I stayed with two children. And then Perestroika struck. And already the hard work of raising girls soon came to a simple problem: how to feed their daughters? In those days, I had no time to think about how to change my life for the better. It was necessary to act. The salary was not paid for months, and for the money received, even if they were large, there was nothing to buy in the stores. But I also wanted to give education to children. In the afternoon, I worked, then worked part time, then helped the younger one do the homework, and the older one sewed, altered the costumes: she was engaged in a theater group. Then the eldest got married, a grandson was born, time became even less. The thought that it was time to change your life for the better simply did not occur to me.

And then suddenly not only the children, but even the grandson, grew up. I became unnecessary. What did I have by then? The work with which I was cut, a meager allowance and ... loneliness. No friends, no husband, no prospects.

Here the question of how to change life for the better became an edge. The choice was small: either change, or a nervous breakdown.

I began to act, absurdly and clumsily, but to act.

To start, I went to Simoron. There is such a site. If you decide to change your destiny, start with it. There you can cheer up, find friends. And there are interesting sections: The path to wealth, Fulfillment of desires, Utilities and a host of others. They seem to be frivolous, but having started the practice of technology for fulfilling desires, I for myself determined what I want.

Now I knew how to change my life for the better. Made a list of desires, ways of their implementation. To get rid of depression she meditated. Then she pulled herself together and began to look for work. I was no longer 40 years old, so finding a good place was more than difficult.

Cheerful Simoron had to change to sites on how to properly look for work, and how to properly organize your life. The advice of psychologists, sociologists and employers helped me: my work is excellent. Let this be your second step: start doing what you like.

Since the bad mood sometimes returned, but my friends never made it, in the evenings I often sat on the Web. At one of the forums I met a man. We did not agree with him about religion, we argued for two weeks. Then he was on a business trip in my city. We have been married for four years.

Take the third step: overcome yourself, start looking for your soul mate. Not immediately, but you will find it. And when you have a loved one and a favorite job, you just have to find friends.

We renewed old acquaintances, found new friends of interest. Some of them came and went, leaving no trace in our lives, someone became a close friend.

Visit old friends, find new ones. After all, water does not flow under a lying stone.

For those who do not want to look for work, new friends, a loved one, but still wondering how to change their lives for the better, I can give advice as a psychologist (this is my first education):

  • Do not be afraid to dream. Do not limit your imagination. Dream hard, regularly. Then thoughts materialize, and dreams come true. To make this happen sooner, make a Wish Card.
  • Select goals, rank them in order of priority. And strive for them, despite the difficulties. Going - always reach the goal.
  • Do not do what you do not like. Only doing your favorite thing, you will be satisfied with yourself.
  • Do not saw yourself. In the evening, summing up the day, praise yourself for what was especially possible. Plan for tomorrow. By doing this regularly, you will understand what you want and how to change your life for the better.
  • Deny yourself the little things to enjoy the big.

Good luck to you!
