Prepared in this way, the infusion retains up to 90 percent of vitamin C. It is enough to drink half a glass a day.

Another way to prepare rosehip infusion:

Rinse the cleaned fruits with cold water, grind and pour boiling water, at the rate of 1 cup boiling water per 1 tablespoon of fruit. Then all this must be boiled under the lid for 10 minutes and insisted for 2-3 hours in the same bowl. Then strain the resulting broth through cheesecloth, squeeze, drink half a glass a day.

Rosehip tincture on vodka:

Shredded rose hips are taken - 5 tablespoons and 500 ml. vodka.

The fruits are poured into a jar and poured with vodka. Then the bank should be put in a dark place for 2 weeks. Moreover, every day it must be shaken. After 15 days, the finished tincture should be filtered.

This tincture should be treated as a drug, and not as an alcoholic product. Therefore, you need to drink it a little, about 2-3 tablespoons a day.

Rosehip infusion in a thermos:

This is perhaps the easiest way to cook rose hips. The washed berries should be poured with boiling water and close the thermos. Fruits must be infused for at least 6 hours. As a result, we get a warm, delicious broth that can be drunk instead of tea or mixed with it.

Rosehip teas do not cause side effects, so you can drink them regularly. Due to the high content of vitamin C, rosehip drinks have a sour taste, so add a little honey, then the drink will become really pleasant.

Rosehip is undoubtedly useful to almost everyone. However, there are some contraindications to its use. This is diabetes, thrombophlebitis, circulatory failure.
