According to the terms of the competition, it was necessary to apply something paranormal to the ordinary real photographs, frightening with the help of a graphic editor. On June 10, 2009, one of the forum users posted 2 black-and-white photographs in which a fictional character chases children, and calls his character “Thin Man”. The creator noted that his character was completely invented, and for the photo montage materials in the form of photographs of men from the Internet and the image of the Tall Man from the painting “Fantasy”, which appeared on the screens in 1979, were used.
Some of the participants in the same competition noticed that the history of Slender’s origin has other roots, and they are associated with the mythical character Der Großmann. If you look deeper into history, you can find references to it as early as around 9000 BC. e., when drawings were left on the rocks in the cave of Serra da Capivara (the cave is located in a national park located in the north-eastern part of Brazil). These drawings depict a long creature that leads a child by the hand.

The unusualness of many guy annoyed and aroused disgust and the desire to kill him. One of the girls who liked Slenderman very much talked about his desire not to see him again to his friend, and he decided to kill the guy so that he would never again appear in front of people.
A guy in a strict suit was trapped in the forest when he walked home and was brutally beaten. Later he was dragged into a closed stuffy room, where the girl caressed him, and her friends scoffed at him, breaking bones. At the end of the bullying, moles were cut off from the body along with the skin. The guy could not endure such torment and died.
After that, his ghost appeared.

It is very difficult to understand how and where this hero came from - there is no specific information about how the story of Slender appeared. But some people know for sure that it exists. Slender abducts children, and there are eyewitnesses who say they saw him shortly before the disappearance of the children.
