  • eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • spinach leaves - 100 grams;
  • canned peas - a can;
  • dry breadcrumbs for breading - 100 grams.

The dish is prepared like this:

  1. Boil the tongue, remove the upper skin. Cool and cut into cubes.
  2. Boil eggs, potatoes and carrots. Chop everything into cubes, chopped whites out of eggs, whisk the yolks for now.
  3. Cucumbers, both pickled and fresh, cut into squares.
  4. Combine all prepared ingredients in a bowl, add peas from a jar to them. Add salt and pepper to taste.
