If parts are made of other materials, their thickness is allowed up to 55 mm. In this case, the connection is removable and is performed using a dowel screw.

Using this tool, you can hammer a dowel (4.5 mm in diameter) into a steel sheet 1.2 cm thick. This value is an indicator of the power of the gun. A steel part with a thickness of up to 4 mm can be attached to the concrete base (for this, a DG plug 4.5 x 40 mm is used). If the steel structure is 1.2 cm thick, use DVM dowels 4.5 x 28 or DG 4.5 x 30. In this case, it is allowed to attach a four-millimeter steel part.

Device, principle of operation

The piston is returned to its place after a manual shot, when a new dowel is installed in the barrel.
Terms of use
To work with the mounting gun, it is only necessary to choose fasteners that are harder in comparison with the connected bases. You can verify this in a simple way. To do this, the dowel must be applied alternately to two surfaces and hit him with a hammer. If the tip of the dowel is bent, then it does not fit.
When using the gun, first move the piston to the left. To do this, use a ramrod. Next, a dowel is installed in the guide. A washer is inserted into the ball retainer. The handle is turned to the left, thereby removing the coupling from the casing.
The cartridge is mounted by an articulated device located in the handle. At this stage, the PC-84 mounting gun is ready for use.
When working with this tool, it is important to take a comfortable pose. Next, the gun is applied to the mounting point at a right angle (90 degrees), pressed, pressed on the handle and fired, pulling the trigger lever to failure.
In order to ensure safety, the gun is equipped with a blocking shot, which works in the following situations:
