Rice flour made from ground rice consists of starch, while it does not contain gluten, which contributes to its rapid digestion. Ingredients: rice flour (one hundred grams), cornmeal (thirty grams), half a spoonful of cookie powder, fifty grams of sugar, fifty grams of butter, one egg.
All ingredients must be mixed and knead the dough. It is rolled out thin enough on a surface previously sprinkled with rice flour. Using molds, figures are cut out, greased with milk or an egg and baked for ten minutes in a well-heated oven.
The most important point here is that the dough needs to be rolled out quite quickly.
3. Cake "Queen".
Ingredients: For the test - rice flour (fifty grams), one hundred grams of butter, one hundred and fifty grams of chocolate, one hundred grams of sugar, four eggs, one pack of vanillin, one spoonful of cookie powder. For glaze - fifty grams of butter, one hundred grams of chocolate, one tablespoon of rum.
Melt the butter in a pan, add chocolate and sugar, mix until they are completely dissolved. Then add egg yolks, vanilla, powder for cookies, rice flour, as well as egg whites whipped into steep foam . The dough is poured into a greased form and put in the oven to bake for forty-five minutes.
Meanwhile, the icing is cooked. To do this, melt the butter, add rum and chocolate to it and mix well until the latter is completely dissolved.
The cooled cake is poured with icing and decorated with nuts, various sprinkles or pieces of chocolate.
Thus, rice flour dishes are not only nutritious, but also very useful, since it contains a large number of vitamins and microelements necessary for the normal functioning of the human body. Such flour is recommended for use with various kinds of diets, however, the usual recipes are also quite suitable, and the dishes will be no less valuable and nutritious.
