The most delicious crab salad.

Seafood salads are very nutritious, tasty and healthy dishes. Seafood like no other animal product is rich in vitamins, trace elements and nutrients. These salads can be safely added to the diet for people who want to lose weight, as the "seafood" have a low calorie content. Salad ingredients are usually fish, squid, crabs and mussels, which are perfectly complemented by vegetables. You can use crab sticks. It is very important to use only fresh products and to avoid repeated freezing.

Pineapple Crab Salad

To prepare this healthy salad we need: a kilogram of crab meat, two eggs, half a glass of sifted flour, half a glass of milk, half a can of canned pineapple, one lemon, onion, a tablespoon of marinade (e.g. vinegar), lettuce, olives, small Tomatoes and to taste chili peppers, sugar and salt.

Preparation: finely chop the onion in half rings, put in a bowl, add a teaspoon of salt and sugar and pour it with vinegar. Mix well and leave to marinate for half an hour.
Now we need to make a batter for meat. In a cup, using a mixer, mix milk, flour and eggs. Add a tablespoon of crackers, a little pepper and whisk again. Be careful with pepper, do not overdo it, otherwise the crab salad will turn out too sharp.
We cut the crab meat into portioned slices, dip in batter and fry in olive oil on both sides until a delicious crust appears.
On a wide dish, lay out lettuce, slices of pineapple and prepared pickled onions. Put slices of fried meat on top, add tomatoes cut in half, olives and lemon slices.
We are preparing a gas station. Mix half a glass of olive oil, a spoonful of mustard, a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, the juice of half a lemon and a teaspoon of sesame oil.
Dress the crab salad and sprinkle lightly with sesame seeds.

Crab sticks salad with cheese

Necessary ingredients for cooking: a pack of crab sticks, 100 grams of cheese, two eggs, a clove of garlic, mayonnaise.

Preparation: boil in a steep egg and cool under cool water.
Free crab sticks from the film and finely rub on a grater. Leave two sticks, they will be useful to us in the future. Finely grate cheese and peeled eggs.
Put eggs, cheese, crab sticks in a deep bowl, add two tablespoons of mayonnaise, squeeze the garlic and mix thoroughly.
From the resulting mass, we form medium-sized balls and roll in crab chips. Spread the balls on a dish and decorate with fresh herbs.
The salad is very original and beautiful.

Salad with crab sticks and mushrooms "Maestro"

Necessary products: packaging of crab sticks, a can of canned champignons, onion, half a glass of rice, a can of canned corn, fresh cucumber, three eggs, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, any fresh herbs.

Preparation: boil the eggs in a steep and cut into small cubes.
We chop the onion in half rings. Boil rice and rinse under water.
Cut crab sticks and cucumber into cubes. Open the corn and mushrooms, drain the liquid, finely chop the mushrooms.
Mushrooms and onions lightly fry in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil.
We take a deep salad bowl and spread the products in layers, each of which is abundantly coated with mayonnaise.
The first layer is half boiled rice
The second layer is half the chopped egg
Third layer - half of crab sticks
The fourth layer is cucumber
Fifth layer - fried mushrooms with onions
Sixth layer - crab sticks again
Seventh layer - rice
And the last layer is the eggs
Decorate the salad with fresh herbs.
