Today I want a little salty, and tomorrow, probably, jam with smoked meats. This is where the brake light comes on : what shouldn’t be pregnant? What liberties in food are permissible, and what, with a creak of heart, will you have to refuse?

Indeed, the woman’s fears are not in vain, because now we are responsible not only for ourselves, our body, but also for the body of the little man who has not yet been born, but who feeds on what is in the mother’s body. This is a double responsibility, so sometimes women go to extremes. They carefully study the literature that you should not eat pregnant and blacklist everything at the slightest suspicion.

What remains in the end? In this case, the woman switches to dairy products, yogurts, cereals, vegetables, fruits, lean meat. This list is certainly helpful. But did you know that you should accustom yourself to a new diet before pregnancy, since a sharp change in lifestyle and nutrition, including, will turn into stress for the body, which will aggravate the onset of pregnancy.

If you did not change your diet gradually, and, say, are a lover of chocolate or smoked meats (and they, as you know, are also included in the list of what you should not eat pregnant), then do not deny yourself the pleasure sometimes, at least once every 3 -5 days to eat 50 grams of sausage or chocolate.

"But how so, it is harmful!" - exclaim future mothers angrily. Yes, but it is no less harmful to try to change your lifestyle in one day, immediately after the test showed two stripes.

There is a little trick here. Are you a sweetheart? Buy real chocolate without flavors, oils, or cocoa powder. Indulge in natural cocoa bean chocolate. Do you like smoked meats? Buy homemade sausage without excess salt. Yes, it will cost about one and a half times more expensive, but we agreed to consume it not every day, but every 3-5-7 days.

And finally, we’ll introduce a general list of products so that you know for sure that you should not eat pregnant.

Firstly, sparkling water. In fact, this is a classic product of modern chemical science, which is not recommended for pregnant and equally not pregnant women, as well as children, the elderly, adolescents - in general, everyone. Therefore, it is necessary to unlearn from it not only during pregnancy, but also in any other. What to replace such a beloved and familiar to us soda? For example, ordinary table water with a small (!) Addition of lemon juice. So you will kill two birds with one stone - you will hardly notice the taste difference and provide the body with vitamins and minerals contained in pure natural water from mountain sources.

We continue our “black list” of what pregnant women should not eat. We will include canned foods here. Even if the canned fruit will be assorted, but in the vast majority of cases the preservatives that perfectly preserve the fruit will be in the same canned food, to the delight of the producers, but to put it mildly, our body does not really need it. It is better to replace them with fresh vegetables - fruits.

Another fad - flour and sweet. But again we make a reservation - sometimes you can treat yourself with buns, why not? However, remember that sweet and starchy foods contain carbohydrates that are quickly absorbed by the body and are deposited just as quickly where we would like the least - on the waist and hips, adding extra pounds, which after pregnancy will not be so easy to get rid of .

And finally about the dangers of alcohol. It is clear without words. Although again, not without exceptions. If you have good grape wine, especially home-made, then once a month you can treat yourself to a glass. But not more often, remember.
