Attitude to Russia and Ukraine

Andrzej Duda growth

The head of Poland has repeatedly stated that he does not consider the current Russian Federation a democratic state. He calls her the first European state to seize part of the territory of another European country, intervening in its internal affairs.

Andrzej Duda (who he is already clear) declares that he does not accept compromises with the Russian Federation regarding the issue of annexation of parts of Ukraine. According to him, the consent of Europe to the “rotten compromise” will mean defeat in the integration of European states, including the integrity of their borders.

The President of Poland expresses dissatisfaction with the fact that in the negotiations with Russia regarding the situation in Ukraine, it is not the European Union as a whole that is participating, but France and Germany. In his opinion, the security of Poland directly depends on the territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as its independence.

The politician maintains contact with Petro Poroshenko regarding the situation in the Donbass. He seeks to participate in the negotiations not only the EU countries, but also the neighboring states of Ukraine.
