To the festive table: salad with shrimp and pineapple.

Products:

  • egg (4 pcs.)
  • shrimp (300g.)
  • mayonnaise (300g.)
  • a pineapple
  • hard cheese (250g.)
  • salt

Cook the shrimp first . To do this, dip them in boiling, slightly salted water for 2-3 minutes, then remove them from the water and cool. Peel boiled shrimps and cut into cubes. Leave 5 pieces as a decoration for salad. Then boil hard-boiled chicken eggs. Cool the boiled eggs, and also cut into cubes. After that, take care of the pineapple, cut it lengthwise into two parts, take out the pulp and cut it into cubes. Combine all ingredients in a separate container, pour with mayonnaise and mix. Put the salad in half pineapple peel and garnish with shrimp. The dish is ready.

Shrimp and salmon salad. Recipe.

For this salad you will need the following products:

  • eggs (4 pcs.)
  • salmon (350g.)
  • boiled potatoes (3 pcs.)
  • shrimp (500g.)
  • fresh cucumber (2pcs.)
  • onion (1 pc.)
  • walnuts
  • cheese (150g.)
  • black olives
  • greenery
  • pepper and salt

First, grate the boiled potatoes on a coarse grater, put it on a dish, salt a little, pepper and grease with mayonnaise. Cut the salmon into slices and lay on top of the potatoes. On a grater, grate hard-boiled eggs, put on fish and coat with mayonnaise. Wash fresh cucumbers thoroughly in cold water, finely chop and lay on top of a layer of eggs. Fry shrimp meat a little with chopped onions, cool and put on the cucumbers. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the shrimp. Salad carefully on all sides with mayonnaise. Garnish its top with thin slices of salmon, olives, herbs, and sprinkle chopped walnuts on your sides.

Shrimp and celery salad. Recipe.

For two servings of salad, you will need the following products:

  • shrimp (250g.)
  • salad (6 leaves)
  • egg
  • 0.5 celery stalk
  • dill
  • onion

Sauce:

  • some hot Tabasco sauce
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ketchup spoon
  • pepper, salt

Boil shrimp in salted water (no more than 3 minutes). Cook the egg and finely chop it. We cut celery and onion into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients for the salad.

We are preparing a gas station. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise with ketchup and Tabasco sauce.

Serving a dish to the table is recommended as follows: on a plate, carefully lay the leaves of a green young salad, and lay the shrimp salad on top. Pour sauce, season with pepper and salt.
