- 80 g of sugar;
- 3 eggs;
- 160 g of honey;

- 20 ml of vodka;
- 1 pinch of salt;

Break the eggs into a bowl, add vodka, salt to them and shake the mixture. Gradually introduce the sifted flour. In the process, stir the mass with a fork, and when it turns into lumps, put it on a table sprinkled with flour. Start kneading the dough, continuing to add flour a little. The dough should be dense, tight consistency. Cover with foil and leave for 40 minutes at room temperature.
Knead the "rested" dough and cut into several pieces. From each roll out layers of a thickness of not more than 2 mm. Cut into thin strips, and then cut the "noodles" into pieces.
Heat oil in a pan. Add slices of dough to the deep-fried little by little. Otherwise, they will be poorly fried and stick together. Fry for 3-4 minutes, then spread on a napkin so that the oil drains. Transfer the finished fried dough to a pan.
To make syrup: combine sugar and honey, put on fire and simmer until the products melt. Do not bring to a boil, but simmer on fire. This will take about 10 minutes. When the syrup is cooked, pour it into a pan with crispy dough. Mix gently but quickly with a spoon until the syrup is frozen. Shape and serve.
