The easiest bun yeast dough recipe
- Heat a liter of milk.
- Beat 1-2 chicken eggs.
- Add half a glass of any vegetable oil.
- Then 2 large spoons of sugar.
- There is a half teaspoon of salt and a bag of instant yeast.
Add the flour gradually, mixing thoroughly after adding another portion of it. Then, with effort, knead the dough, trying to somehow raise and stretch it, enriching it with oxygen. After that, leave the dough to rise for 40-60 minutes.

- Take two cups of fat yogurt, dissolve a pinch of salt in it, 1.5-2 cups of granulated sugar, 20-25 g of fresh pressed yeast. Then we intervene a couple of tablespoons of butter or spread, then add about half a glass of odorless vegetable oil and a spoonful of cinnamon.
- Gradually, we begin to introduce flour, thoroughly mixing the resulting mass. The amount of flour depends on many factors, approximately 500-600 grams are needed, just do not pour it all at once, let the dough mix, taking the necessary amount of flour.
- Knead until the dough stops sticking to your hands.
Unusual Banana and Chocolate Muffin Recipe
What you will need: puff yeast dough, ordinary yeast dough, as prepared above, about 450-500 g, a couple of bananas, a bar of chocolate or chocolate paste, 50 g of sugar, a tablespoon of cinnamon.
Be sure these buns will be just wonderful. They will become the decoration of the table for an ordinary family dinner at the TV, together with warm cocoa, tea or milk.
