Simple Cake Recipe

Surely there are many sweet lovers among readers, especially cakes. But, unfortunately, not everyone is able to bake a chic delicious cake. It is usually difficult to bake, it takes a lot of time and effort. Therefore, I want to offer you a simple cake recipe, not just one, but several. Baking them does not require special skills and a lot of time, but they turn out to be very tasty.

The abundance of all kinds of cakes today is amazing: sand, biscuit, puff, custard, jelly. ... And this is not the limit. Well, we will consider the recipe for a simple cake "Sour cream".

So, in order to prepare the dough, we need a glass of fat sour cream, a glass of granulated sugar, one and a half glasses of premium flour, a little starch (a couple of large spoons), 2 chicken eggs, a couple of tablespoons with a top of cocoa, slaked soda or a bag of baking powder, 50 grams of butter, a pinch of salt, preferably sea. Beat sugar, sour cream, eggs and starch with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is formed. Then gradually introduce the flour and continue whisking. Add baking powder or slaked soda, whisk for another 2 minutes. We will get airy dough. Next, divide the dough into two equal halves, add cocoa powder to one of the parts, mix everything well so that there are no lumps. Bake the cakes for half an hour in a preheated oven. Readiness check with a toothpick or match. When the cakes are baked, let them cool. Then we cut the cooled cakes in half - we get 4 thin cakes. Grind one of the chocolate cakes into crumbs to decorate the cake.

Cakes are ready, we will prepare a simple cream. We need a pack of sour cream, sugar and a pinch of vanillin. We combine and whip all the ingredients of the future sour cream to a lush mass. We coat the cakes with cream so that the chocolate cakes are in the middle, on the cut we get something like a zebra. Then sprinkle the finished cake with chocolate chips and let stand for an hour in the refrigerator to soak the cake with cream. And that’s all, the Sour Cream cake is ready, you can safely pamper your relatives. This simple cake recipe can be prepared for any occasion. And to make the cake look elegant - decorate with fruit.

There are actually a lot of recipes. But mostly the lightest cakes are baked from biscuit dough. And here is another recipe for the most lazy sweet tooth.

Cake "Hope". To prepare the dough, we need 3 cups of wheat flour, 3 eggs, a pack of any sour cream (I use the usual 20%), half a can of condensed milk, a glass of walnuts, two bars of chocolate (black and white). Separate the proteins from the yolks, whisk separately with sugar until a strong foam. Whisk the yolks with sugar, combine with sour cream and condensed milk. Add chopped walnuts and mix everything. Into the mixture of yolks we introduce the flour in small portions, then we introduce the proteins, we knead everything thoroughly. The resulting amount of dough is divided into two halves and baked in a round shape. Allow ready cake to cool.

While our cakes are cooling, we’ll take care of the cream. This simple cake recipe is combined with a fairly simple cream - this is butter (1 pack or 200 grams) and condensed milk (remaining ½ can). We combine everything and beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

When the cakes are cooled, gently cut them in half, get 4 cakes. Next, we form a cake, lay cakes and coat with cream. Decorate the top of the cake with grated chocolate, alternating dark and white. A simple and tasty cake is ready, you can serve it for tea.

You can do it even easier, buy a kilogram of any cookie, crumble it, mix everything with condensed milk and form a slide. This cake is also called "Anthill".
