Required Products:

  • 250 g of chicken or chicken meat;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 120-150 g of hard cheese;
  • 250 g of champignons;
  • 250 g of pineapple;
  • 3 carrots;
  • 1 medium onion.

To decorate:

  • Leek - 2-3 branches.
  • Parsley - a few twigs.
  • Processed cheese in plates - 5 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise.

Layer preparation

  1. My filet or ham and put on medium heat. After boiling, salt the water, reduce the fire, remove the foam and cook until tender. As a rule - 40–45 minutes. After the meat is cooked, remove it from the pan, allow to cool and chop finely.
  2. Cook carrots, cool and three on a grater.
  3. Fry mushrooms and onions in a pan until golden brown.
  4. Pineapples are cut into small pieces and let the juice drain.
  5. Three cheese on a grater.

  • If you take fresh mushrooms, you need to take twice as much as indicated in the recipe, since when cooking they will stew almost twice. And, accordingly, first fresh mushrooms must be stewed for some time (about 10 minutes), and then fry. When frying, you can also add some Provence herbs, this will give the mushrooms piquancy.
  • You can replace canned pineapples with fresh ones, then the taste will be more delicate.
  • You can not fry the onions, but scald them with boiling water and pickle them a little (1 tbsp.spoon of 9% vinegar in half a glass of water). Pickle for 10-15 minutes.
  • Before spreading the frying, it is necessary to let the oil drain, otherwise the salad may β€œfloat”.
  • You can use both peeled and unpeeled shrimp. There is not much difference.
