Protein-vegetable diet is considered one of the easiest and most effective ways to lose weight. The name speaks for itself: without further explanation, it is clear that it is based on the alternation and eating low-calorie vegetables and protein foods. - Any kind of fish. Ideally, it should be stewed, baked or steamed. Any seafood is acceptable.
- Vegetables (excluding potatoes). Ideally, cabbage, cucumbers and tomatoes, zucchini and bell pepper.
- Of fruits, it is better if you choose and love grapefruit, but you can eat apples and any citrus fruits.
- Eggs are required.
- Sour-milk products (kefir, cottage cheese, milk) of minimum fat content, and better than completely fat-free.
