Coconut Chocolate Pudding with Chia Seeds

- Cocoa in the form of powder - 1/3 cup.
- Raw almond flakes to taste.
- Coconut milk (whole) - one glass.
- Maple syrup - enough 4-5 tbsp. spoons.
- Chia seeds - ¼ cup.
- Coconut flakes - to taste.
- Sea salt - one pinch is enough.
- ½ tsp vanilla extract.
- Coconut paste-spread - 2 tbsp. l

Where do we start? Chia seeds (Spanish sage) should be ground to a state of fine powder. Now we need a powerful blender. Pour coconut milk in the right amount into his bowl. Add vanilla extract, sea salt and maple syrup. Also put a coconut spread. All this is slightly whipped. Pour cocoa powder into the previously obtained mass. Beat again using a blender.
Back to the ground chia seeds. Measure ¼ cup of powder. Sent to the blender bowl. Beat the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed. We got mousse, which must be distributed according to the molds. Then put a handful of almond flakes and coconut flakes in a hot pan. Lightly fry them so that they brown. - Mango (small pieces) - 1.5 cups.
- White sugar - no more than 1 tbsp. l
How to cook
Pieces of mango are sent to a blender. Beat, gradually adding water. We should get a mass that resembles a thick sauce. We fill it with glasses (1/3 of the volume). We clean in the refrigerator. We note 1 hour.
In a separate bowl we combine two types of milk - cow and coconut. Add regular sugar and vanilla essence. Mix. Pour in chia seeds. For 3-4 minutes, stir the ingredients with a spoon. We remove the mass to the side. After 5 minutes, it will completely thicken.
We take out glasses from the refrigerator with the frozen sauce. We fill them with a mixture of two types of milk and chia seeds. Our dessert should be in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Before serving, each serving (glass) is decorated with mint leaves and chopped nuts.
