Surely you watched in what state of mind the people around you are at work or at home. Some can have fun, laugh, make jokes. Others, on the contrary, are gloomy, taciturn and irritable. The question arises: “Why?” Of course, many will answer it as follows: “It all depends on the mood.” And it turns out that they are right.
However, very few people know about the mood and the nature of this phenomenon.
So, mood is a psychological process every second. From what a person’s mood is, we judge how he feels, how favorably his relationship with his family and friends is, what life troubles he is forced to overcome at present, and so on. Mood directly affects what specific decision a person will make.
And interesting is not only the question of what kind of mood happens, but also why it changes dramatically or suddenly disappears, and also appears. Characteristics such as irritability, fury or glee, as a rule, have a completely logical explanation and do not require a separate interpretation, while the mood is a kind of emotional background that is instinctively born. It is he who often plays a major role in building a model of human behavior.
Learning to manage mood is a special art, and mastering it is quite possible. However, this is difficult to do alone, so it is better to seek help from a specialist.
Of course, it is no secret to anyone that spoiling the mood of others is a five-minute affair. But to raise it, it will take much more time.
And yet, what is the mood? Of course, positive, negative and neutral.
Symptoms of an excellent mood include, first of all, looseness of movements, “easy breathing”, excellent working capacity, faith in victory, a desire to see friends exclusively.
Signs of a negative mood are as follows: psychological tension, stiffness in movements, biased attitude to people, causeless irritability, depression, disgusting state of health. In this state, even a case that was previously resolved, as they say, "in two", can now be delayed until the very last moment.
A neutral mood is characteristic of introverts. They always control their own emotions, outwardly showing neither sadness nor joy. They prefer to keep all the problems in themselves.
However, it is important not only to understand what kind of mood a person has in general. It should be understood that the general atmosphere of mood is transmitted to everyone around. In particular, if a person was shouted at work, it is very likely that, having come home, he will also arrange a “debriefing”. What could be the mood in this situation? Naturally negative.
It must be emphasized that a certain part of people shows hypersensitivity to a particular mood, instantly “trying on” it for themselves. Some, on the contrary, have the ability to influence the emotional tone, smooth out sharp angles in communication and charge others with exclusively positive emotions.
