In April 2015, the Like Music brand launched a new project, which, according to the assurances of the producers, will soon become the new “VIA Groi”. The recruitment to the Sirens group was a real event among beginner soloists. At the castings came a large number of girls who dreamed of gaining popularity. Now the composition of the group is approved, work is underway on the debut album. Girls are already actively performing at various events.
How was the selection of candidates?
A large number of applications were personally watched by the producers of the group - Stepan Razin and Sergey Harin. Candidates who had suitable data were invited to competitive tests. The Sirens group is conceived as a completely new project, where the main emphasis is on the votes of the participants. However, it was very difficult to find worthy pretenders. The office of the production company worked almost continuously: thousands of calls were recorded, letters were sent that arrived by e-mail. Initially, the producers planned in May 2015 to begin work on the project. But the Sirens group took a very long time to form. It was difficult to find applicants who had good choreographic data, good looks and strong vocals. The difficulty was in the fact that the character of the girl was taken into account in the selection.
Scandal in the press
The casting was not without sandalwood in the metropolitan press. The first time the Sirens group was mentioned by journalists in connection with the statement of one of the girls who did not pass the casting. Muscovite Alexandra claimed that she received an indecent proposal from the producers: to dance a striptease in front of a video camera. Later, one of the former employees of Like Music (Vladimir Ferapontov) confirmed these rumors. He brought the scandal into a new direction, saying that hundreds of girls put forward similar charges against the capital's production center.
The management of Like Music commented on these rumors with the fact that after the last casting in the capital there were many girls offended by the refusal. Later it turned out that Alexandra had previously worked with one of the producers. She was really unhappy with the refusal to take her to a new project. According to Razin, the Sirens group (Moscow) is conceived as a special project in which there is no place for girls with weak data. As for the words of Ferapontov, their leadership Like Music declined to comment.
Who joined?
Today the Sirens group has an already approved final composition. Initially, they wanted to invite only three girls to her. But later the intentions of the producers were revised. And the trio became a quartet. The group includes:
- Alina Larionova. Has a complete education in jazz vocals.
- Alina Firsova. He has two higher educations; one of them is a certified TV presenter.
- Elena Valeeva. She is not only a beautiful girl, but also a translator from Chinese.
- Vladislav Trukhan. I came to the casting from the other end of the country - from Vladivostok.
The producers basically did not hire young girls without education. They needed already formed personalities. All of them adhere to a healthy lifestyle, participate in charity projects and work on themselves. Today the group has already released two videos. She is finishing work on her debut album. Singles from it have already hit the rotation on popular radio stations.
