In Russia, only a long-barreled gun can legally be acquired, and then after obtaining a license. This process includes the passage of a medical examination - a narcologist, psychiatrist, therapist, optometrist - and a thorough examination of the personality by the police. For example, after committing particularly serious crimes, obtaining a license for a weapon is simply impossible.

To carry out entrepreneurial activities, you also need a license, for example, to open a store or other retail or production outlet. In the case of a grocery store, in order to obtain permission, it is necessary to provide the inspection bodies with information about themselves, their organization, inspection reports of the sanitary and epidemiological station with a positive decision, etc.
In what cases can a license be revoked?
The license and permit for a particular activity may be revoked in case of any violation. If we take a bank as an example, then such institutions are deprived of it as a result of systematic violations, deliberate fraud of customers, illegal fraud and non-compliance with the requirements that the Central Bank puts forward for work.
If we consider the example of protection, then the license will also be revoked in case of repeated violations of the rules of security activities, inconsistency of employees with their posts and other violations of the law.
Simply put, you can lose a license if you violate the principles of the legitimate and established activities of that activity for which permission has been obtained. In some cases, if you lose your license a second time, you cannot get it.
