Day manager, which is celebrated on November 1, in our country began to celebrate relatively recently. But after all, the managerial profession itself cannot boast of ancient origin. She stood out from a number of other labor activities only in the late 90s, but even then the first managers did not at all pretend to celebrate their own day. However, time passed, the number of management representatives grew ... And today these hard workers are no less than cashiers, or, say, accountants.
Project managers are sometimes singled out as a separate profession. The main task of these specialists is to plan the work process so that each stage is carried out in a timely, competent and efficient manner. Project management is called our future: it allows us to create new products and opens up wide horizons in many areas of life.
And the third Wednesday of every September is the official holiday of the HR manager, or the day of the HR manager. Such specialists existed even in Soviet times, although they were called personnel officers. The responsibilities of these people included making the appropriate entries in work books, making decisions about sending them on a well-deserved rest, drawing up job descriptions and other non-dusty activities.
Modern HR managers solve completely different tasks. Their powers are much wider. And include concern for the efficiency of each employee of the company. A true manager knows that the main thing in any job is the end result. And the path to achieving it is good motivation. It is her who is created by the personnel manager: with the help of bonus rewards, penalties, exhaustive job descriptions, etc.
Any good manager is a subtle psychologist and a competent politician. That is why, on Manager’s Day, employees remember not only the business, but also the
personal qualities of these people.
To date, the profession of manager has gained wide meaning. In many industries, managers are called sellers in the household appliance department, car dealership consultants, and travel agency employees. Therefore, the interpretation of the holiday itself can be different. Somewhere celebrate the day of the sales manager, somewhere officially celebrate the day of the head of labor.
But in most cases, Manager's Day is the only one for everyone. Accept congratulations from acquaintances and colleagues consider it their own duty to all specialists who have this position in the workbook. It doesn’t matter what a particular manager does - he sells cell phones or runs a pharmacy, takes orders for household chemicals or manages the fate of personnel in the workplace. For each of them, qualities such as composure,
sociability, the ability to make decisions quickly, and resistance to stress are equally important. And if you are a qualified manager, then we wish you on your
